Tony says. This is a great charity to raise as much money as we can possibly get. I am doing this event in memory of my late mother Barbara who suffered with numerous issues including cancer. Unfortunately cancer is still around us all and it affects us in so many ways. Some Cancers are treatable, some not. So if you can donate whatever you can then that will be amazing. Chris Says: I am doing this with two special people in mind. Roger Davis who passed away very recently and is dearly missed by his family and friends. Roger loved his golf so this seems so relevant to do this challenge in his name. Also my mum who lost her fight to this terrible disease in 2021, who continues to be missed by my sister and I and her friends and family.
